Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 21 days from the date you purchased it.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to you band so that they can help you and speed up the process.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
